Columbia has issued a Critical Day effective Saturday December 13, 2025 and until further notice. 

CEOH is issuing a Cold Operational Flow Order for gas day Saturday December 13,2025 and until further notice due to the Operations Advisory issues by Columbia Pipeline this morning (See Attached).

SCO & Choice Suppliers are advised to not exceed their MDWQ's.

Please keep in mind that because CEOH is dependent on Columbia's No Notice storage to balance its system and must ensure that all transporters deliver sufficient volumes to serve their customers' load, CEOH will post OFO's when Critical Days are issued
