Vectren Energy Delivery of Ohio, LLC d/b/a CenterPoint Energy Ohio is currently working to comply with the Ohio Administrative Code revised provisions, Chapter 4901:1-29-12(B), which require customer bills to highlight and provide a clear explanation of any changes in rates, terms, and conditions of service, for two consecutive billing periods. We expect to implement this functionality no later than the end of the year. Additional information will be provided in early-November, at which time we will request your assistance in testing the process to ensure messages are received and appear correctly on customer bills.
